Gym Tots and Gym Hoppers
This is a 45 minute, fun filled session for children to enjoy gymnastics. There will be a warm up led by coaches followed by unstructured play circuit to enjoy with parents and carers, finishing off with a coach led cool down.
Tuesday: 10am – 10.45am and 11am – 11.45am

Beginners Recreation Group
This is a 45 minute jam packed, fun filled session for children to enjoy the fun of gymnastics. We work on a variety of gymnastics skills through our progressive gymnastics programme, alongside our Club Gymnastics Awards Scheme.
Monday: 5pm – 5.45pm
Wednesday: 5.30pm – 6.15pm, 6.30pm – 7.15pm and 7.30pm – 8.15pm
Saturday: 9.15am – 10am, 10.15am – 11am, 11.15am-12pm and 12.15pm – 1pm
Term time only – Cost £32.50/£39/£45.50 for 5/6/7 week course bookable each term plus annual BG membership community level £24 2024/2025
Improvers Squad (By Invitation Only)
This programme is for children to experience the fun of Gymnastics skills through the initial work on the National Development Plan entering local competitions whilst working towards entering the Development Squad.
Saturday: 2.30pm – 4pm

This programme is for children to experience the fun of gymnastics individual and Acrobatic partner skills entering local competitions whilst working towards entering the Silver and Gold Squads.

This programme is for gymnasts working towards novice and intermediate competitions at a club invitationals.

This programme is for gymnasts working towards novice and intermediate competitions at local and regional level towards the BG National Development Plan.

Platinum Squad (By Invitation Only)
This programme is for gymnasts working towards intermediate level competitions at a regional level through the BG National Development Plan.
